The central crosspieces offer additional stability to both racks and the traction bars allow you to perform pull-ups for 2/4 people at a time as well as the 2 front positions already present at the end of the two racks. Up to 6 people can do pull ups at the same time. On both crossbars you can hook rings and trx or they can also be used only as storage for elastic bands, skipping ropes, lifting belts and more.
